There is a large parking at the entrance of the village.
You could unload and load your luggage just in front of the accomodation.
However, after that, you will have to park your car to the free parking at the entrance of the village (150 meters of the accomodation.

We will clean the accomodation between each rental
However, we ask you to return the accomodation clean. If you don't do that, we will keep the "clean caution" of 250€.
We can rent out sheets and towels on request. You will have to pay extra : 70€/stay for 8 people.

General terms and conditions of rental

Arrival
You can rent the accomodation from saturday to saturday.
If you prefer and on request, it could be possible to rent from sunday to sunday.
You can arrive from 4.00pm
I will welcome you
Departure
You have to return the accomodation by 10.00am maximum
We ask you to empty the bins, remove the sheets, clean the accomodation. There are hoover and mop in the kitchen.
We will be present for the return of keys.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
Pour enregistrer votre réservation, nous vous demanderons un acompte de 30% .
Le solde sera à régler au plus tard le jour de votre arrivée.
Une caution ménage de 250€ sera réclamée au moment de la remise des clés (chèque ou espèce)
Un dépôt de garantie de 500€ sera réclamée au moment de la remise des clés (chèque ou espèce)
En l'absence de dommages locatifs, ces 2 chèques seront restitués au plus tard 14 jours après votre départ. Dans l'existence de dommages locatifs, les chèques seront reversés dans un délai maximum de 2 mois, déduction faite des réparations du préjudice subi.
